1. Where do you ship from?

I ship from Texas, USA! yeehaw 

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship to the US and Canada! TT

3. What are your shipping options?

  • Tracked domestic (US) shipping: $5
  • Tracked shipping to canada: $18

4. How long will it take to process and ship my order?

After an order is placed, please allow 2-7 business days for me to process and ship your orders.

5. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For Domestic orders: around 3 to 10 business days

For Canada orders: around 1 week to 1 month

Please note that there may be possible delays due to destination, weather conditions, holidays, and more.

6. What happens if my package is lost?

Please note that I am unfortunately not responsible or have any control over what happens to packages after they left my hands. If you encounter lost mail, please notify me and also submit a claim through USPS.

7. What are your returns/exchanges policy?

I unfortunately do not do returns or exchanges. All sales are final as soon as they are shipped. Please double check your cart and double check your address before placing an order. If I have not shipped out your order yet, you may cancel your order. 

8. What happens if my order has a missing/damaged item?

I make sure to quality check and double check the items/order before shipping. If there is a damaged/missing item from your order, please contact me and provide me your order number with photos/videos of your package if possible. I always recommend taking videos of unboxing your package for situations like these just in case!
